Also don’t forget an ETH ETF is in the line and who knows what other ETFs are waiting. With this novel asset class, a lot of new products can be created.

They might just dumb all their BTC on retail and buy into ETH or whatever they prefer.

On-Chain Look

Not much happening, but the fake news.

It’s interesting that no liquidity came from the outside, but alts were sold into BTC. Which makes sense since on-ramping takes time.

Therefore, you should keep some stables ready to deploy, if you don’t want to miss the first 10-30%. Better to have enough exposure already, if you can handle another potential dumb.

7D net Flow:

Arbitrum is still king with +$61.46m inflows. Surprisingly followed by Fantom, +22.99m and BSC on third position with $5.9m.

Scroll launched and has $5.42m sitting in the bank.

Aptos got a strong stablecoin inflow of ~27% and sits at $53.28m stable Mcap.

CEX flows:

• ~4k BTC have left CEX reserves (-1.14%)
• after a 57k ETH inflow 118k flew out again, which ends in -0.42% since last week

BTC Dominance:

It’s on the rise and is expected to continue its journey. So far the cycle plays by the book. So be careful with alts, they’re going to bleed into BTC if this continues.

A dominance as seen in 2017 is very unlikely and the target range is from 60-70%.

DeFi Updates

Stella made a great move with its Hypernova upgrade.

The Hyper strategies and lending is very attractive and becomes even more with the $ARB grant.

Timeswap is around for quite some time now and I think is an amazing approach.

First, build a functioning product and then launch a token, which is about $TIME

Users will be incentivized with pre-$TIME and all of the $ARB grant will be used for that, too.

So getting some liquidation-free loans might get very profitable soon.

This might be very controversial since Justin Sun is kinda shady person, but a Tron integration could be super bullish for ThorChain.

Lots of Chinese people could use it to natively swap USDT for BTC or ETH. There’s a lot of demand in the Chinese market for that.

This was a wake-up-call for a lot of people not being exposed to crypto. I’m saying all the time, too less exposure can be devastating.

Liquidity is so thin, that not much is needed to push prices high quickly. Everything can go really fast with unexpected events.

The situation in China doesn’t look so well, but the gov also hasn’t released any serious stimpacks.

A recession in China would have a big impact on the world economy.
